Samantha Hinds plans strategic events and publications with the Policymakers and Civil Society Unit. She is half of a team of two working in the Memory, Monuments and Museums Program and is an active member of the Documentation Affinity Group.

Samantha Hinds graduated with high honors from Sarah Lawrence College with a concentration in Writing, Literature and History. After graduation, Ms. Hinds worked for Eurasia Group, an international political risk consultancy.

Ms. Hinds previously served as an editorial intern for The New York Times and worked in archives and documentation for the Coalition for the International Criminal Court. At Sarah Lawrence, she was editor-in-chief of the campus newspaper and was awarded the Constance Warren Presidential Scholarship for two consecutive years. Ms. Hinds also presented a policy paper on genocide intervention incentives as Delegate Elect to the fifty-sixth annual West Point Student Conference on United States Affairs.
