Paul James-Allen co-founded Prison Watch - Sierra Leone, a human rights NGO working on detention conditions, arbitrary arrests and monitoring and documenting war-related violations. He also co-founded the National Forum for Human Rights, a coalition of local human rights groups, where he worked from 2000 to 2005 in various capacities. Mr. James-Allen holds a MA in Human Rights from the Central European University in Budapest, Hungary, where he was an Open Society Justice Initiative Fellow.
