Robert Ruby oversees the ICTJ’s contacts with policy makers, journalists and the public, to raise awareness of transitional justice issues in every country where the Center conducts its work. Prior to joining the ICTJ, he was foreign editor of The Baltimore Sun. He previously was a correspondent for The Sun based in Europe and then the Middle East. He worked as senior editor at the Pew Research Center in Washington, D.C. He also is the author of non-fiction books on the Middle East and early exploration of the Arctic. He holds degrees from the Johns Hopkins University and Northwestern University. |
