Sharlene Williams holds an MBA from Baruch College and a BS in Human Resource Management with honors from the City University of New York Baccalaureate Program. Prior to joining the ICTJ, Ms. Williams worked as the human resources coordinator for a senior center in New York and as the human resources generalist for an engineering consulting firm in New York. Ms. Williams is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
