The Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) has officially handed over its final report to Prime Minister Gordon Darcy Lilo.
Speaking during the hand over, TRC Chairman Father Sam Ata, described it is as an "auspicious moment in the history of Solomon Islands."
Father Ata says the report, handed over to the Prime Minister, has the whole-hearted endorsement of the five commissioners and has created a new respect for human rights during their work.
