As Communications Associate for Online Presence and Outreach, Diana coordinates the production of content across social media channels and drives user engagement strategy. She is continually working to better integrate her interests in human rights and community building, with the arts and design, and believes that appropriately matching communications interventions to stakeholders and what they need leads to a more informed and engaged community, locally and internationally. Before joining ICTJ in 2018, Diana worked in a variety of settings, from a large university, to nonprofit organizations, to rural communities in Colombia. She holds an MA in International Development from The New School and a BFA in Photography from Arizona State University.
