As ICTJ’s Country Programs Coordinator, Evan provides ongoing assistance to the Executive Director, the Director of Programs, and country staff in Colombia, Côte d’Ivoire, Kenya, Lebanon, Nepal, The Hague, Tunisia, and Uganda. He has also worked extensively on ICTJ’s projects in Syria, particularly the documentation of attacks on schools and their subsequent impacts. Before joining ICTJ, Evan worked as the community engagement coordinator for the Fordham Road Business Improvement District and as a visiting researcher for the Africa Bureau at U.S. Agency for International Development. He also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Guatemala from 2010 to 2012. Evan holds an M.A. in International Political Economy and Development and an M.A. in Economics from Fordham University.
