Mériem leads ICTJ’s work on youth, art, and memory and is in charge of design, monitoring, and evaluation in Tunisia. Before joining ICTJ, she assisted the National Coordination on Transitional Justice from its inception in 2013, and then supervised its drafting sub-committee during the World Social Forum held in Tunis in March 2015. Mériem is interested in the intersection of information technology and human rights and more precisely women’s rights. She holds a master’s degree in Electronic Commerce from the Institute of Higher Commercial Studies in Carthage and is certified in digital security and in data collection and analysis for project monitoring and evaluation.
