WSD Handa Center for Human Rights and International justice, Stanford Law School Rule of Law program, and the Stanford Human Rights center will be hosting a roundtable discussion that will address issues of transitional justice from a comparative perspective, focusing on emblematic transitional efforts across the globe, with an emphasis on Cambodia, South Africa, Kenya, Tunisia, Syria and Latin America.
