Victims and International Criminal Justice: Repair, Prevent, Remember

Victims and International Criminal Justice: Repair, Prevent, Remember

The International Center for Transitional Justice (ICTJ), in partnership with the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs (Legal Affairs Directorate and the Global Affairs Directorate), cordially invites you to a conference on issues relating to reparations before international criminal jurisdictions and on ways to strengthen access to justice for victims of mass human rights violations.

The event will open with a panel discussion, which will include speakers from ICTJ, the International Criminal Court, and other multinational transitional justice bodies. Two roundtable discussions will follow, the first on the scope and limitations of providing reparations for victims before international criminal courts and the second on how to strengthen access to justice for victims of mass human rights abuses.
