Armenian Justice Minister: Special group Will Be Set Up for Constitutional Reforms


Armenian Justice Minister Rustam Badasyan says a special group will be formed in February for constitutional reforms.

Asked to comment on the statement by opposition that there would be no government-led vetting, Badasyan said his administration already had strategic documents, such as Anti-Corruption Strategy and Action Plan, which are available to the public.

Certain elements of transitional justice will also be addressed in the judicial strategy document, which will be published shortly, he said, adding that a special group on constitutional reform will be formed in February 2020.
