Claudia Ximena Vega Parra

Claudia is part of ICTJ’s global leadership and management team, supporting the organization’s strategic, operational, and administrative functions while overseeing its presence and operations in Colombia. Before joining ICTJ in 2017, she spent 18 years in management positions within civil society organizations across Colombia and Latin America. Her expertise includes grant and project management, donor relations, fundraising, capacity building, and organizational development. She is committed to fostering collaboration across finance, operations, and programmatic teams to ensure efficient, accountable, and impactful work in support of partners, donors, and communities. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, listening to music, and reading.
