Malika Phanda is a nonprofit fundraising professional with extensive experience in donor stewardship, event coordination, and data-driven fundraising across mission-driven organizations, including UN Women and the National Women's Law Center. She is dedicated to working for causes she is deeply committed to, including education, women's rights, and political activism.
Malika has a proven record of managing donor relationships across all phases of the giving cycle, from cultivation and solicitation through stewardship, while contributing to fundraising goals. She brings experience coordinating donor events and partnering with communications teams on outreach, collateral, and proposals, as well as supporting executive leadership on donor briefings and correspondence. She brings deep proficiency in Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, and DonorPerfect, with expertise in data quality management and leveraging reporting and analysis to benchmark and strengthen fundraising efforts.
Malika holds a BA with Honors in International Relations and Architectural Studies from Mount Holyoke College and a graduate degree in International Relations with a specialization in Peace and Conflict Studies, with a focus on women and children, from the University of St. Andrews. She is an active member of the Mount Holyoke College Club of New York City and serves on its Board of Directors.
