Zoe Peerman (they/them) is a development and operations professional who enjoys making the behind-the-scenes work of organizations run more smoothly.
Before joining ICTJ, Zoe served as Development & Operations Manager at Four Freedoms Park Conservancy, where they supported everything from fundraising and financial management to public programs and large-scale public art projects. Their broader development operations experience spans both nonprofit social services and fundraising consulting, giving them a perspective on the systems and relationships that help development teams work effectively across different organizational contexts.
They hold a B.A. in International Affairs and Environmental Studies from Lafayette College and previously served with AmeriCorps NCCC.
