Clément Eyraud

Clément Eyraud spent the past six years designing and managing projects at the intersection of human rights, justice, and peacebuilding. His interest in transitional justice began during his Master’s studies in Colombia, where he was first introduced to the topic. Since then, he has continued to deepen his focus on the field, earning a Master’s degree in Public International Law with a specialization in transitional justice.

Over the years, Clément worked with UNDP in Tunisia, the French Embassy in Sudan, the Spanish Cooperation, and more recently with IPA in Côte d’Ivoire. These experiences allowed him to lead development initiatives focused on access to justice, rights protection, and human rights.

He is fluent in French, English, and Spanish, and has developed strong technical skills in project management, knowledge management, and MEL. He is based in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.
